Opening the front door of the apartment building, Chase took a few moments to look around the lobby. It didn’t seem all too busy that day, probably because so many people were out doing their activities or spending time with friends. Or they were just waiting for the concert to start, even if it was hours away. Taking a quiet deep breath, Chase walked over to the front desk, where he could see that the receptionist was currently waiting for him to come over and sign in. They looked like they had a business suit on, with a green color scheme for their hair. The expression on their face made it look like they were expecting someone to arrive, and that someone just so happened to be Chase. “Hey. The wheels of a train could be heard from a mile away on the Hammerhead Bridge, the connecting path between the Splatlands, a sun-scorched desert inhabited by battle-hardened Inklings ready to execute any Octarian entering their sight, and where the train was currently headed to: The city known as Inkopolis, a large city in Inkadia that a small group of Inklings were moving to from Splatsville, the other city in the region that was located in the very place they were headed from, being the Splatlands. The small group of Inklings had been on the train for a couple hours, and their wait for arriving at their destination was nearly complete. A majority of the Inklings in the passenger carriage were having a conversation about the upcoming concert in the Inkopolis Plaza later that night. “So who are you guys more excited to see?” An Inkling with teal hair asked the small group of their species. “Callie.” One of them answered right away, smiling to themselves. “Oh, come on! Just knowing that the Lewd House Incident is a part of the Splatoon community, the community that I first became a part of back in 2016, really fills me with shame. Especially since I knew a majority of the people involved with the incident. And here's the thing: I don't feel mad. I feel betrayed by these guys.
